"It was a Saturday when I visited the Neo Service Center at Shaw Blvd. I was quite delighted that it was very easy to find and that I didn’t need to pay for parking. My Neo laptop is just one of the 4 laptops i get to use at home and i can say that it is actually my favorite. That’s why I was quite worried when I got home that the kids have actually played with the laptop because I couldn’t open it anymore. I would like to thank the staff of Neo Service Center for making me feel at home with their friendliness. I’m not a techie and I did feel awkward at first to ask for help about my laptop but I never felt any awkwardness when I went to Neo, in fact I felt more confident about not being fooled or overcharged as they were both professional and sincere."
