Per DTI-NCR Permit No. 6922 Series of 2012
1. This promo will run from August 17 – September 30, 2012.
2. Customers who purchased one (1) NEO B5702, NEO BB1EW or LD2JW from any participating NEO Showrooms is entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
3. Upon purchase, the customer will receive a warranty card which they have to fill out to serve as their raffle entry for the draw. The customer must affix their name, complete address, contact numbers, email address, all necessary fields in the warranty card, and drop into the designated drop boxes to be found in each participating NEO Showroom.

a. SM North NEO CARE SHOWROOM – 4/F Cyberzone SM Annex Bldg., SM North EDSA, Quezon City
b. SM MEGAMALL NEO CARE SHOWROOM – 4/F Cyberzone Bldg. B, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong

d. NCCC MALL NEO CARE SHOWROOM – Mac Arthur Highway cor Maa Davao City
4. Schedule of draw is on October 8, 2012 in NEO SM Megamall Showroom located at 4/F Cyberzone Bldg. B SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City in the presence of a DTI representative.
There will be on:
1st Prize winner of one (1) NEO BC2BL Netbook
2nd Prize winner of one (1) Rapoo H8020 Headset
3rd Prize winner of one (1) Rapoo 3100p Mouse
Minor Prizes: Ten (10) Starbucks Gift Certificates worth One hundred pesos (Php 100.00) each
In case a winner’s name gets drawn more than once, he or she will receive the bigger prize. Prizes are transferable, non-convertible to cash.
5. NEO Manufacturing and Services Inc. shall pay 20% tax for prizes exceeding Ten thousand pesos (Php 10,000).
6. Winners will be announced through NEO’s website and Facebook page. Notification of winners will be via registered mail, email and phone call.
7. To claim the prize, the winner must present at least two (2) valid I.D.s (I,e, SSS I.D., company I.D., driver’s license, passport), registered mail and warranty card customer’s copy to NEO Manufacturing and Services, Inc. office, Units 2907 – 2912 One Corporate Centre building Julia Vargas St., corner Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
8. For provincial winners, they must present at least two (2) valid I.D.s (I,e, SSS I.D., company I.D., driver’s license, passport), registered mail and warranty card customer’s copy to the following addresses:
- Cebu – NEO Showroom, 2/F Cyberzone, SM City North Wing, SM City Cebu
- Davao – NCCC Mall, Mc Arthur Highway, Matina Davao City
9. Redemption period shall be sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification. As per DTI approval, unclaimed prizes after redemption period shall be forfeited in favour of NEO Manufacturing and Services, Inc.
10. Employees of EA Global, NEO Manufacturing and Services, Inc. and it affiliate companies including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
