Channel Sales Manager

Job Purpose

The Channel Sales Manager supervises the implementation and control of sales activities that include directing management-approved sales strategies, market research and staff training. It also ensures that the corporate sales targets are met by individual staffs based on performance standards set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4 year business course or any other related courses.
  • At least 5 year work-related experience, 2 years of which are spent in managing corporate accounts in supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record in building and leading a cohesive team in achieving performance targets.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command in written and oral communication.
  • Aggressive in driving revenue, resourceful and possesses high level of interpersonal relationship skills.
